Bergen has three self-guided experiences, and all of them start on your schedule: buy a ticket, open the World City Trail app and begin. There is no guide and no fixed time.
The Bergen Scavenger Hunt and Self-Guided Tour (€11) links the landmarks with a puzzle at each stop. The Bergen Escape Game (€11) turns the streets themselves into an open-air escape room. The Bergen Self-Guided Walking Audio Tour (€9) is the calmer option, with narration as you walk. Voice narration is optional on all three.
Navigate the colorful UNESCO-listed Bryggen wharf, the historic Fish Market, and the medieval Rosenkrantz Tower in the charming “Gateway to the Fjords”. Play at your own pace or split a group across several phones.
