Choose the region of the activity (Europe, North America, Australia) and the city from the dropdown list. Fill in your email, the serial you received via sms/whatsapp/email ( for GetYourGuide use your booking reference GYGXXXXXXXXX or for Viator: VIA-XXXXXXXXX) and finally choose any name you like for your team. If you have purchased via our website or Appstore or Playstore:

If you want to do the activity individually, then each person should use a different serial. If you want to do the activity in teams, then every player of the team should use the same serial, email, team name and language.

If you make 2 or more teams, make sure that the participants of team1, will use email1, serial key1, Team name 1 and same language selection .

Team2 will use email2, serial key2, Team name 2 and same language selection etc.

If you want to play seperately, then please purchase extra serial keys.

If you have purchased via GetYourGuide or Viator – Tripadvisor

For GetYourGuide bookings or Viator bookings, all of the participants will use their booking reference (GYGXXXXXXXXX) or for Viator their (VIA-XXXXXXXX). The team name will create the teams. If you insert the same team name, you will be in the same team, if you insert different team name, you will be in different teams.
