Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
We always want you to have the best experience possible. If you are not satisfied with your activity after it has been completed, we will work to make it right! We do not provide refunds for foul weather, street closures, attraction closures or renovations or other issues out of our control.
We do not give a refund for unused serial numbers. Our serial numbers are valid for up to 365 days when you purchase through our website.

Our team is unable to manually refund 3rd party vouchers. We are happy to work with you and the third party; however, since we don’t have access to their system you must reach out directly to the third party.
